Practical scope and preparation guidance

Institution, source and principal alignment

Identify the issuer, named principal, date, amount, relevant transaction and permitted verification route. Do not assume that every opportunity requires the same instrument.

Capacity versus commitment

Funds evidence may address capacity at a particular time. It is not necessarily a binding purchase undertaking, a lending commitment or proof that funds remain available at settlement.

Verification and secure submission

Agree authorised independent verification and the controlled evidence channel. Avoid public submission of banking records. Resolve inconsistent names, dates and amounts before progression.
