Returns and Refund Policy

Scope and acceptance

This Policy applies to purchases, subscriptions, services, digital products, documentation, platform access and related Trade Base Hub offerings. By purchasing or accessing a service, you acknowledge this Policy.

No returns — service business

Trade Base Hub is a service-based and digital-access business. All sales are final; returns are not accepted and refunds are not provided, subject always to non-waivable statutory rights and the limited exceptions below.

• This includes subscriptions, memberships, platform access, digital documents and downloads, advisory or administrative support, training, guidance and informational materials.
• Once access is granted or services commence, delivery is treated as having begun.

Immediate access and consumption

Purchases may provide immediate or near-immediate access to digital content, services or the ability to view, download or use materials. Because value can be delivered immediately, returns or refunds are generally not feasible.

No guarantee of outcomes

Fees do not guarantee deal success, funding, transaction completion, document enforceability, regulatory approval or third-party performance. Dissatisfaction with an outcome, expectation or third-party conduct does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

Billing disputes and chargebacks

Payment concerns should first be reported to admin@tradebasehub.net. An improper chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination, recovery of reasonable administrative or legal costs where permitted, and account restriction. Trade Base Hub may contest chargebacks using transaction records and access logs.

Limited exceptions

A refund or credit may be considered at Trade Base Hub’s discretion where a demonstrable billing error occurred or access was not provided because of a verified technical fault caused solely by Trade Base Hub. An exception does not create a precedent or continuing entitlement.

Subscription cancellation

A subscription may be cancelled to prevent future billing, subject to the applicable subscription terms. Cancellation does not itself create a refund, reverse charges already incurred or affect fees already paid.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes non-waivable statutory consumer rights. Where such rights apply, Trade Base Hub will provide the minimum remedy required by law and will not require a waiver that is legally ineffective.
