Purpose and application
The policy applies across tradebasehub.net, 
Whop, 
Discord, private deal rooms, electronic communications, document services and transaction-support activities.

Regulatory position
Trade Base Hub provides commercial transaction support and a transaction completion environment. It is not a bank, financial institution, investment adviser, law firm, escrow provider or transaction principal unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Trade Base Hub does not guarantee funding, document authenticity, counterparty performance, transaction completion or financial outcomes. Users remain responsible for material verification and appropriate independent advice.
