Who this service is for
Approved participants needing controlled coordination. Create a controlled environment for approved participants, records and communications.
What TBH prepares or reviews
Agreed room structure, participant permissions and record organisation. The commissioned scope determines which records or documents are included.
Room structure and permissions
Agree the transaction reference, approved participants, responsibilities, permissions and records to organise. Access changes should follow the agreed approval process. Room setup does not itself include every transaction-management workstream.
Information needed
Approved participant list, roles, reference and document requirements. Start with a summary and identify missing material. Use an agreed controlled channel for sensitive evidence.
Scope and review process
Define the requested outcome, provide complete instructions, agree the work and review stages, then resolve identified gaps. Check the current Whop listing before purchase. Work outside the confirmed scope requires separate agreement.
Limitations
No escrow, custody, buyer/seller verification or guaranteed settlement. Transaction-specific professional advice may be needed; preparation is not an assurance that another party will accept the document or proceed.
Questions before commissioning
Before purchase, confirm the actual listing and scope. Which of the preparation points below remain unresolved? Which materials can you supply now, which require a controlled submission channel, and who is authorised to approve the result? A purchase starts the relevant service pathway; it does not settle missing commercial terms or confer transaction approval.
Priority handling
Priority handling is an add-on for eligible work. Complete inputs, available capacity and written timing confirmation are required; no fixed turnaround is promised.
Prepare the controlled workspace scope
Room setup concerns an organised working environment for approved participants. It does not replace underlying agreements or grant authority to a participant. Confirm the setup scope and access responsibilities before commissioning; ongoing transaction management and independent settlement services are separate unless expressly agreed.
- Identify the opportunity reference and the approved participants.
- Specify roles, permissions and the records to organise.
- Agree who owns updates, access decisions and the next-action record.
- Identify confidential material and the agreed submission process.
