Who this service is for
Parties agreeing commercial remuneration. Record entitlement, calculation, allocation, payment triggers and applicable conditions.
What TBH prepares or reviews
Draft fee allocation, calculation and payment conditions. The commissioned scope determines which records or documents are included.
Who pays and who receives
Identify the party accepting the payment obligation and every intended recipient. Set out whether an introducer, representative or consultant is a beneficiary and establish the authority of each signatory.
Calculation and payment triggers
Agree the fee basis, currency, percentage or amount, deductions, allocation and conditions. Link payment to a precise transaction reference and defined completion evidence. Introduction alone should not be treated as an agreed payment obligation.
Information needed
Beneficiaries, agreed rate/basis, payer and triggers. Start with a summary and identify missing material. Use an agreed controlled channel for sensitive evidence.
Scope and review process
Define the requested outcome, provide complete instructions, agree the work and review stages, then resolve identified gaps. Check the current Whop listing before purchase. Work outside the confirmed scope requires separate agreement.
Limitations
No earned fee, guaranteed payment or collection service. Transaction-specific professional advice may be needed; preparation is not an assurance that another party will accept the document or proceed.
Questions before commissioning
Before purchase, confirm the actual listing and scope. Which of the preparation points below remain unresolved? Which materials can you supply now, which require a controlled submission channel, and who is authorised to approve the result? A purchase starts the relevant service pathway; it does not settle missing commercial terms or confer transaction approval.
Priority handling
Priority handling is an add-on for eligible work. Complete inputs, available capacity and written timing confirmation are required; no fixed turnaround is promised.
Prepare the fee instruction
A clear instruction distinguishes when a fee is earned from when payment must be made. If parties disagree on those conditions, record the disagreement before requesting a draft. The preparation service documents an agreed scope; it cannot create another party’s assent or replace a missing commercial decision.
- Identify the paying party and each intended beneficiary.
- State the calculation base, currency, amount or percentage.
- Describe the objective milestone, due date and agreed deductions.
- Reconcile references to the opportunity, NCNDA and other fee schedules.
